Once you have your question:

State your research question at the very beginning of the article.

Write a brief description of each source and its author – state whether it is a primary or secondary source.

Write a narrative description of the events supported by evidence from your research.

Finish with a conclusion in which you restate your research question and offer a tentative answer.
