-A paragraph, or two, summary of how to identify wind shear, microbursts, and turbulence during preflight planning. Find one (1) example PIREP or report and decode it: Aviation Weather.gov Aircraft Reports (PIREPs)

-A conclusion summary on why wind shear and turbulence PIREPs are important.
