One cannot appropriately discuss diversity unless one first analyzes both the history and the impact of discrimination.

Choose one racial, gender, or ethnic group of Americans that has been the target of discrimination.

Your answer should also include legislation that has been used to both discriminate and to end discrimination toward that group.
