Write a memo to a superior in your agency advocating for the establishment or enhancement of mindfulness elements in your agency’s training regimen. Recommend specific mindfulness practices and provide an evidence-driven rationale for the recommendation.

Memos must be 1,000 words or less. Memos over 1,000 words will be penalized. Please note, the word count only applies to the core substance of the memo, thus the heading, signature lines, references, etc. will not count towards to the word limit.
If you currently are the Chief Executive in your agency, draft the memo to an appropriate local or regional political actor.
Memos must explicitly cite/reference all required reading in the module and the module presentation in your argument.
