Aircraft propulsion system (Gas turbine engine)

Objectives:
⦁ To develop the ability to identify fault conditions, carry out rectification, serviceability testing and performance checks on gas turbines.
⦁ To develop the understanding of the aircraft as a whole rather than individual elements so that the student is able to work effectively and safely in an aircraft engineering environment, following the rules and regulations under which must work.

Task:
Write a 2000 words technical report which identifies the systems used to monitor the engine and its performance. This include, FADEC, vibration analyse, sensor and self-monitoring systems.
