Context The individual assignment directly builds on your experience of working on your group assignments. The aim is to reflect on this process and strengthen your initial work on an individual basis. Assignment Task as given by the module leaderImagine it is December 2030 and by now you are the CEO of the same company that your group previously proposed its solution to in the group project stage (in 2020). You have been nominated as the “Business Person of the Year 2030” by the prestigious business magazine. Write an article about yourself and your company in which you critically reflect on the journey that your company has taken between 2020 and 2030 to integrate the UN SDGs and the extent to which its efforts have been successful. My description-Main task of this essay is to write an interview between you as a CEO of a company and an interviewer from a magazine 10 years from now. -I have written a report about Shell, where I evaluated company’scurrent strategy for their set SDGs and created a roadmap for changing their current strategy. -The idea of the interview is to analyze the targetsachievementprocess, in accordance with the group report, reflect on the targets that are left, and add something new to the existing strategy. Moreover, there must be a detailed analysis of thechange in strategy (how it impacted Shell10 years into the future). oAnalyze Impact on profits, public image, achievement of the set targets are needed to be mentioned. oMake sure to state that the proposed strategy is good (do not criticizeit excessively butmention both positive and negative outcomes that led to a good overall result over the 10 years). oThe key focal point of the essay is to give an overall stance where the company is after pursuing the set targets (see attached file, strategic roadmap section).
