The one consistent finding from the literature on unethical practice is that males are more likely to violate the prohibition against sexual contact than females. Create a case study of a therapist being involved with a client sexually without any reference to the gender of that client. Then replace the word therapist with Male Therapist and then Female Therapist. What differences do you see in who would be more likely to violate the prohibition of sexual contact with a client?
