Physical Changes

Pretend that you are in a helping position (social worker, nurse, counselor, etc.). Two of your clients come to you asking for help understanding what they are physically experiencing as they age.

What would you say to each to help understand that what they are experiencing is typical in the aging process. Also, describe how their experiences might differ given their genders.

Clients: Abe and Maureen are both in their 60s and experiencing many of the physical changes associated with aging.
