What will you do if you begin to feel distress during a reading, discussion or assignment? If you are around people, what will you do? If you take a break, what will you do during the break to reduce your distress? Thoroughly address with examples.
What resources will you connect with if you feel your distress is increasing and you’re not able to manage it? Specifically name both Bow Valley College and external resources. Thoroughly address the specific school and external resources named.
How and when will you approach your instructor if you want additional support? What do you expect from the instructor? Is there anything you want the instructor to know about you specifically? Thoroughly address with examples.
