The “new normal” we hear about in the wake of Covid19, certainly includes workplace issues for both Employers and Employees.
Read the article and relate the issue to one or more of the ethical concepts we’ve studied.
Your paper must address these three questions:
What is the essential ethical issue being discussed and addressed?
What makes the issue particularly relevant today?  Explain (answering Covid19 is not enough.)
What ethical principle from our course material, could be applied to address the issue?
