What is the current state. Describe the company, the market it competes in, and the scope and effects of the problem. (Inventory Management)

The research paper should describe multiple options to solve the problem. This could be in-house development, buying new software, or updating policies and procedures. Give the pros and cons of each. Include cost and implementation estimates. (Ballpark the estimates. Cost often comes down to negotiations with vendors, which is outside of our scope. Google & guess.) PLEASE spend minimal time on flowcharting, and maximize your efforts on the write-up. Make a recommendation. Defend your answer. Field questions.

I have attached the IT Project paper outline, Presentation ppt, and all other research documentation that can be used to help shape the project/paper. Please note these are sources that I found during a quick research, you can review them and see how best to approach it. This project currently will be presented as a way of “Improving Inventory Management”. This is a broad approach. However, I think having both the solders approach and the civilian approach will be a good idea. We can also use the CIFs approach to help identify both perspective and perhaps you can come up with the best approach. Additionally, (Please make sure you respond fully to the question(s) presented, do not just write few paragraphs on your opinion.
