RA 5- Speech Follow-Up
Completed responses should be uploaded to the D2L dropbox.
Provide a response that is between 400-600 words (roughly 2-3 pages double-spaced in Microsoft Word).
Responses that fail to reach the expected length (demonstrating a lack of depth in addressing the questions) or those that contain several simple proofreading errors will not be graded.
Take a moment to reflect on your experience viewing the videos of your fellow classmates:
- What types of things did other speakers do that you really enjoyed and perhaps wish you had incorporated more yourself (be specific and include information of who the speaker was and at what portions of their speech)?
- Reflecting on your own emotions throughout the speech development and recording process: how did the process go? were these emotions justified?
- What aspects of public speaking do you still feel that there is an opportunity for you to continue to improve upon?
