The research question is : What are the effects of stopping the use of dictionaries in exams among COLT students in King Saud University?

Each section of the research proposal has to be a certain number of words as stated in the guidelines ( in the file I attached) Another thing that is very important is to (REMEMBER that this is only a research proposal; therefore, you are not expected to collect data or present results). My instructor has stated that clearly in the guidelines I have attached.
