To this end, Use political documents such as the Declaration of Independence, the 14th Amendment, The Preamble of the United States Constitution, critical aspects of Detroit’s City Charter, the June 2021 the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights Racism Report, and selective provisions within the South African Constitution to write a 21st Century Declaration of Human Rights.
DETAILED FLOW OF PAPER
A Preamble justifying the document; A Birthright citizenship clause;
A Clause addressing police surveillance; A specific Detroit equal protection clause;
A specific “Soweto” equal protection clause.
Each section must include a paragraph justifying stated rights, including primary documents, films, speeches, and writings by scholars and activists.
PAPER FORMAT
This paper must be three to four double-spaced pages in length, employ an 11-inch black font, include page numbers, a separate footnote page, title page, the student’s name.
References must be in foot-notes or end-notes.
