Initial post:
1. Think of an effective leader in your workplace. Of the six implications, which is their biggest strength? If you could coach this leader on improving in one of these ways, how would you motivate them to strengthen their application of that concept in the workplace?
2. Demonstrate in your response how rewards and motivation are important to Christian leaders.
