Scenario
There are some policies that have historically led to disadvantages for minorities and marginalized populations. Research some historic policies and identify one policy that has had a negative impact on the health of a specific population.

Instructions
Draft a letter to a policymaker explaining the negative impacts of the policy on that population and make recommendations for addressing it. Remember to use data and references to support your claims.

The letter should:
Provides the background on the policy
Clearly explain the negative impact on a specific population
Include a recommendation (plan, policy change, educational program, etc.) for addressing the negative impact

Your letter must be 1-2 pages in length in a business format. Use at least two credible resources and cite them appropriately.
