First paragraph: This should be a thorough nursing assessment of imbalance nutrition on a 7-year old patient.
Second paragraph: This paragraph should include a nursing diagnosis. The nursing diagnosis should be Knowledge deficit related to imbalance nutrition due to low body weight as evidenced by loss of appetite. In this paragraph you will teach the patient from your nursing diagnosis. For example: What steps should the patient take to improve his/her health?
Third paragraph: This should talk about learning objectives and specific learning objectives. For example: What you taught the child? Is the child complaining of any pain? Is the environment safe? Is the child able to understand what you are teaching?
Specific learning objective will be: Does the child use a hearing aid? Does the child have good cognitive behavior?
Last paragraph: This will be a reflection of the paper. Please include visual aid.
