This project is designed to provide future practitioners with a resource to implement differentiated instruction in their classrooms.

Research instructional interventions that can be utilized when teaching students across the ability spectrum in Reading, Writing, Mathematics and at least one other content area.

It is critical that selected interventions have a research base to support them (i.e., 3-4 peer-reviewed studies support its effectiveness.).

Interventions should focus on higher order thinking skills as well as basic skill acquisition. Organization and presentation of the notebook will be graded. It should be free from grammatical, spelling and syntax errors, and should be organized so that the reader can easily find and identify the interventions, their purpose and the intended student.
