Prison Commercial Dive

Watch the video at the end of the lesson documenting a prison commercial dive program. Should we start to include these sorts of job-skill programs as part our overall prison rehabilitation? Should they be a mandatory part of an inmate’s sentence, or should there be a sort of screening process to choose inmates who may succeed in the program?
