• The clearly written nursing diagnosis is given, as well as an explanation of the diagnosis (32 points)

Section Three: Three Articles Relating to the Diagnosis: 30 points
• Demonstrates simple and complex relationships in a clear manner that allows for high level understanding by the reader ( 6 points)
o Ties the general and specific concepts
together with linking lines and words in some fashion that makes sense

 

* Utilizes new information in constructing nursing interventions
• Three nursing journal research articles related to the nursing diagnosis (46 points)
o A brief description of each article and how it relates to the nursing diagnosis and interventions (15 points)
o A summary paragraph depicting the diagnosis and how each article relates to the diagnosis. (15 points)
o All references must be 5 years old or less, professional and peer reviewed Nursing Journals from within the United States. Students should include a Permalink to references, so that faculty can easily access the articles. (16 points)
