Paper details:
Imagine you are an Egyptian visiting the Ancient Near East OR an Ancient Near East person visiting ancient Egypt. Describe your “culture shock.” Engage in a conversation with someone you meet. Compare the arts of your culture with those you are now encountering on your visit. In your tale, describe the most surprising aspect of the culture you are visiting.
This paper should be three pages. You need to reference specific works of art to demonstrate your “culture shock” and at least one work of art should NOT have been covered in the class.
Papers should be double-spaced, using normal margins, and 12 point Times New Roman type or something similar.
