Your final project has two parts. The first part will be to submit, at minimum, a 3-5 minute Powerpoint presentation addressing your own cultural blind spots (some or all may come from those identified in Assignment 5c).

The second part will be a 15 to 17-minute recorded video sermon addressing unity in the church.

This assignment is designed to further help you identify and examine your own cultural blindspots that have impacted you as a leader. You may not realize this but often times our lack of self-awareness can make it tough to lead churches/organizations and respect others. This assignment is also designed to help you prepare a well-thought-out sermon that addresses unity both inside and outside of a church context.

Part One: Blind Spots PowerPoint Presentation

Identify at least three blind spots you need to work on and how they have negatively impacted you and others.
Create at least a 6-slide presentation with the following points:
In the first three slides, define each blindspot and its impact (1 per slide)
Feel free to utilize those closest to you and solicit their feedback about your blind spots
Action plan to address each blindspot
In slides 4, 5, and 6, restate each blind spot and then develop an action plan addressing each of these blind spots (1 per slide) (create goals and action steps for improvement).
Add a voiceover of your presentation.
Share the PowerPoint file from your OneDrive folder via the Office 365 tab or share a link to the presentation if housed elsewhere.
