1/ Present a thoughtfully developed, theoretically based description of the chosen topic, “Impact of self-awareness on interpersonal communication in the workplace”, derived from the appraisal of relevant contemporary literature.
2/ A clear theory/research based discussion of the IMPACT OF SELF-AWARENESS (in workplace communication context) on one’s:
(i) sense of self (intra-personal, self-identity) – in general & in the workplace
(ii) relationships with others in the workplace (inter-personal, e.g. colleagues, leaders)
(iii) ongoing psycho-social adjustment
(iv) faith/spirituality
3/ Identify appropriate therapeutic interventions that might be helpful for adults in the workplace.
4/ Provide overview of possible complications and co-morbid presentations as a result of self-awareness on communication in the workplace, not being addressed. (i.e. no self-awareness)
