Task: Identify a current news article and write a journal entry analyzing how your selected article reflects one or more of the Key Terms from Chapter Three of your textbook. Your journal entry must include a clear detailed summary of your selected article, as well as a direct quote from the article to support your analysis of the connection between the Key Term and the article.

Purpose:

Use chapter concepts to explain or understand current events
Demonstrate media literacy skills
Practice using direct quotes and citation in your writing

Minimum of 3 paragraphs in length! (each paragraph should consist of at least 5 sentences)
