Description
1. Identify a critical incident in leadership practice at work which has challenged assumptions or established working practice in some way. Such an incident often involves a workplace conflict, resistance to change, a problem that had to be overcome. Explain the incident, analyse reactions with reference to appropriate models and/or theories analyse the options open to you. Explain decision and its implementation and critically reflect on the process;
2. Explain key assumptions about leadership and how these influence your working practice. Analyse whether these practices serve well. Use appropriate models and theories to identify other options and analyse whether or how you could use other approaches to improve practice. Critically reflect on your practice.
