Please share your immediate and long-term career goals. How will earning an MBA at Kenan-Flagler Business School benefit you, both personally and professionally, on your journey toward achieving these goals?

This is a paper for admissions into an MBA program. My immediate goal is to become a senior consultant at a global leading consultant firm such as Deloitte or Accenture. I aim to learn how to optimize course of actions efficiently, innovate ways to improve business performance, and get a better understanding how various large-scale organizations manage and strategize to solve current business problems. My long term goal is to eventually become a Senior Manager Level where I will lead teams, win business engagement, and “own” client interactions. I am currently working as a Technology Analyst for a consulting firm and I want to continue growing in the IT field.

An alternate route I would pursue is a Management Analyst which falls under their Data Analytics MBA program.
