After reading Chapter 2 in Northouse’s Leadership Theory and Practice (9th edition), complete the Leadership Trait Questionnaire (LTQ) at the end of Chapter 2. Follow the example of the LTO summary form that shows the five individual ratings that others did of your leadership traits, and the average scores of their five ratings. Next, add the rating that you did of yourself. Finally, reflect on the differences between how you see yourself and how others see you across the fourteen (14) leadership traits and then write a short one-page summary of what you found and your reaction to the findings.
