1. First define the terms “development” and “learning.” Then describe how the processes of development and learning are related?
2. As discussed in this chapter, children’s experiences and relationships impact brain development. This chapter provides many implications or suggestions about how we use our knowledge about brain development in our practice with children and families. 3. Erikson’s theory focuses on personal and social development through eight stages of life. Briefly explain the first three stage of the early years in your own words:
