Learning Contract

In the attachment the writer will find a document labeled Learning Contract, come up with a specific healthcare operation problem as it manifests itself in a health care facility. The analysis must be related to work experience and self-directed. Note that the writer cannot use HIPAA or Health Information Technology topics. Only need the following sections completed. Complete the following sections listed on the learning contract, as listed here;

1. Issue/Problem/Task to be addressed,
2. Topic(s) from Functional Knowledge that are Related to the Issue/Problem/Task,
3. Proposed Project Design/Plan,
4. Resources,
5. Ethics and Social Responsibility. In summary,come up with a simple healthcare operational problem

NOTE: For the resources do not use abstracts. Basically this is the outline of what my paper/project will be about.
