Description

The research questions and objectives are:

1)  explore the relationship between proper safety trainings and employee motivation and engagement.

2)  examine our current safety trainings to determine of they are not obsolete.

3)  investigate what we can learn from how we have conducted our safety trainings during the COVID-19 restrictions.

4)  make recommendations on what the best way is to conduct our safety trainings.
