Task one: As a member of the legislature, you have been named to a commission to study the powers and weaknesses of the Governor, the plural executive and the state bureaucracy, essentially the executive branch. Task two: Your colleague,Judith Zaffarini, has just introduced a bill to change the membership to the PUC to an elective body based on their poor response to the recent freeze. Using the criteria below address the prospects for passage of this legislation, as well as the proposed reforms of the executive branch.
