The Final Project will involve two emergency managers. One will be at the local level and one will be in the private sector, state, or federal level. You are to least discuss some of the following items:

The emergency manager’s basic background.

The leadership challenges the emergency manager has on public record/social media.

Identify some of the crisis the emergency manager has dealt with. Discuss his experience in the field.

Explain what that the emergency manager has accomplished that may accomplish to give yourself a fair chance at a job in this field one day.

What kind of leadership style does the emergency manager display in own  opinion after reading about them?
