Written Essay – Minimum five (5) paragraph essay of at least 300 words that address the assignment guidelines. It should be in a 12 pt font (Times Roman, Cambria, or other easy-to-read style), one inch margins, include your name and SID in the header (upper right corner), and page numbering in the footer (Page # of # in the lower right corner).
Sports Team Experience – It should include the following information:
What did you do/play? Include the sport, name of the team (include division or league), when (date and/or duration you participated), where (community, state), and types of competitions (inter-league, regional, state, national, other). The length of participation determines the credit earned – one full season or a minimum of 75 hours of activity is equal to one full credit.
How was your role part of a team? What position did you play or type of competition did you do? Explain the specific skills you developed to serve the team.
Explain how your participation required teamwork to earn success. Include the importance of following the rules of your sport and the role of sportsmanship as you discuss your teamwork.
