strategies you’ve learned, diagnose the problems and find best remedies to the situations.

Read the business scenarios below and address these points (maybe like in an advice column).
1. Diagnose the problems, both moral (better/worse) and functional (business/customer
perspective).
2. Explain how the situation should be handled, incorporating some key concepts learned

The file length expectation is 1.5 to 2 single–spaced pages (or 3 to 4 double–spaced pages). The
objective of this paper is to create substantive content that is conceptually and analytically rich,
while writing in a concise, business style on the two scenarios. There are many possible solutions,
so focus on providing an analytical and persuasive response. Reflect deeply on these cases, jot
down some notes for yourself, and then organize the ideas to demonstrate stellar ideas and writing.
