Problem: The firm currently uses paper files, manual billing and time tracking using Windows with an Access database. They would like to update to use a modern law practice management software solution to reduce manual overhead for their growing practice. The solution will be used by an admin assistant, a paralegal and Ms Civil, the attorney. The new system does not have to run on Windows or Access.
The new acquired law practice management software must track prospective, current, non-current customers and opposing parties.
The new system must also track billable hours for each customer and provide billing invoices. It should provide case management for repeat customers.
