The first step of the selection process is the CRITICALL exam, which is designed to evaluate your ability to type and multi-task which are crucial skills that dispatchers must possess and are integral to the success of the test. Please be advised that POST test scores or previous CRITICALL test scores are not accepted for this recruitment.
On Friday, March 5th, 2021, at 1200 hours, you will be sent an email invitation link for the CRITICALL exam from onlinetesting@testgenius.com. Your link will be active until Friday, March 12th, at 10:00 AM allowing you one week to complete the exam online, at your convenience during the testing period. If you haven’t received the link by 1300 hours on March 5th, then check your spam and junk folders. If you did not receive the email containing the link, it is your responsibility to promptly let me know so I can provide you with your link in a timely manner. Please don’t wait until the following week to advise me you haven’t received the link. Please be advised if there is no attempt made to take the exam or no notice is given that you won’t be able to participate in the Criticall exam process at this time, then you will be considered to be a “no-show,” and subsequently removed from further consideration during this application period.
