She asks, ‘What did this child see the doctor for, and what was the diagnosis?’ She explains that she needs to know, so that she can be immunized if necessary. The receptionist knows that you and the patient are friends and pulls the child’s chart, and hands it to you. What should you do? Explain your answer.
