SLO #3: Students will be able to distinguish between dance genres, discuss the genre differences, and identify the aesthetics of dance within each dance genre.
Instructions
In this submission, your goal is to compare and contrast the neoclassical ballet aesthetic with the contemporary ballet aesthetic.
Complete a web search with the following search parameters, then answer the questions below:

Criteria
How do you know that one video is Neoclassical ballet and one is Contemporary ballet? Which video is which? Cite several examples.
How has the male-female partnership changed?
How is the quality of movement different?
How are these 2 video examples representative of their respective ballet eras?
How do both of these videos break from the Classical Ballet era?
Submissions should range between 450-500 words and utilize cumulative knowledge of the Language of Dance terminology as needed to support your conclusions. As always, double check your essential academic writing components and save your work separately.
