Use internal citations (in-text parentheses or footnotes) to attribute sources and provide a full bibliography at the end. Within your paper use headings to organize your paper to address the following (possible examples are given in parentheses below to help guide you):

Introduction – brief background (including the relevant portions of the ecology & the people of the city that relates to your issue) to show your understanding of the water issue for your city – why and how this is a problem (e.g. for water – discuss urban hydrologic cycle details for your city)
Specific Problems with Water – identify 2 different issues within your expert topic and explain them clearly (e.g. for water – discuss water scarcity and storm water run-off problem). This section should be the bulk of your paper.
Sustainability Solutions – briefly identify 2 different potential solutions for your problems discussed above (e.g. for water – discuss water conservation policies and green infrastructure for storm water run-off)
