You will present this information in a formal business presentation to the management team.

• Discuss the top 3 external influences which will force the organization to change. Be specific and explain. For example, do not just mention technology, but explain how technology will be used. Is the purpose to allow employees to work better as teams, or to work from home, or to improve customer service?

• Present alternate change management approaches (3 minimum) to follow and explain why a specific approach is preferred.

• As part of a change management intervention, identify the first step the organization must take, such as creating a sense of urgency and elaborate on how this should be done and by whom.

• Conclude with a short-change management project outline.
