Go to the Calgary Public Library website, find online, your local public library’s community program guide. Find examples of how the public library serves its diverse community through programs offered to the public. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the program(s) you found offered recently (6 months) or will be offered. Use the dictionary definition of diversity offered at the beginning of this module to guide your examples.
Do they reflect the ideals of diversity? Could the public library be doing something more or different?
