Research Summary

In the summary, you are expected to include the following elements:

a) Why the study was important and interesting?

b) What was the key research question? If experiment, what were the independent variables and dependent variables? If correlational research, what were the predictor variables and outcome variables?

c) Research methodology: information on the research design, participants, measures, procedure of the study?

d) What was the main finding? How should the findings be interpreted?

3. Discuss the practical implications of the research findings and support it with one example in Hong Kong or other regions globally. A detail discussion of the example is needed.

4. The word limit is 800-1000 words.

5. APA citation and references format required. note that extraction of a sentence and its citation from other’s work is not a proper way of literature summary.
