ASSIGNMENT
Goal: To discuss one individual who you know personally that possesses outstanding personal leadership skills.
Assignment: After selecting an individual, research as much as you can about him or her (family history, schooling, work experience, leadership philosophy, and obstacles encountered. Your leader might be a former teacher, a pastor, a boss, or a colleague. Make your consideration carefully, then: Compose a four page (minimum) leadership biography that includes the following headings:
- Discuss why you selected this particular individual.
- Discuss the personal background and leadership philosophy of the individual.
- Discuss the obstacles your individual encountered.
- Discuss how you can apply a leadership technique of theirs in your profession or personal life.
- Discuss what you have learned and how you can apply this new knowledge to your own life.
Format: The paper is to be typed including a cover page . The cover page is not considered part of the four-page report.Be sure to run spell check and have someone else read your paper before you turn it in.
