This paper will discuss the challenges, impacts of entrepreneurs trying to implement sustainable development. By measuring company performance, innovation, and entrepreneur roles in Indonesia, where sustainable policy and reporting are not as strong as developed countries. Using interviews, questionnaires, and case study this paper aims to find the challenges, impact, and how entrepreneurs are able to be entrepreneurial thinking of growth while being sustainable.
