Watch Movie, and write a paragraph summary, and take notes note of every cultural difference, symbol, event, etc. you notice.

Things to keep in mind when watching the movie and taking notes:

1. In the analysis of the movie, draw on the different cultural frameworks we covered in class to discuss events in the film. Hofstede, Kluckhohn and Strodtbeck, and Trompenaars should be your main references, though you may include others. In addition to culture, draw upon other topics covered in class (e.g. cross-cultural communication issues, motivation, leadership styles) where appropriate.

2. Discuss several events, incidents, interactions, symbols, etc. from the movie and how they relate to class topics. Events should be reflective of cultural values and other topics covered in the course. You should describe a minimum of four incidents that relate to different cultural dimensions or concepts. The description and analysis of each incident should be approximately one page long.
