Health Policy Analysis for Mental Illness and Firearms
In this assignment, you will develop skills of investigating an issue, analyzing who and what might potentially influence a policy goal, and exploring strategies.
You are to select a health topic/issue of interest and write a policy analysis paper. An important component of this assignment is to identify not only policy strategies, but the appropriate policy maker who has the authority to make the recommended policy changes.
Your text provides chapters on a variety of topics, or you may choose another issue that you are interested in at the state or national level.
