Pharmacist Hassan Mohammed is a Chief Pharmacist working for King Fahd Hospital. He has been elected by his Task Force Members as the Task Force Leader (TFL) of Medication Management and Use (MMU). One day before their meeting, Pharmacist Hamza Mohammed, Assistant TFL, suggested a project to minimise medication errors in the hospital. The proposal was discussed in the following day meeting and the team members decision was made but they were divided in two groups:
1. Some believed that the proposal is a suitable proposal to work on (Yes Group)
2. Some believed that the proposal is principally good but it had to be referred back to the committee for further study and discussion before accepting it. (Conditional Group)
