You will read & review the attached peer-reviewed articles, “1 A conceptual lean implementation framework based on change management theory” & “2 Six Sigma implementation framework for SMEs – a roadmap to manage and sustain the change.”

***REQUIREMENTS:***

1. The review should have an identifiable introduction, body, and conclusion.

2. Share with your readers the title and other references for your article, and tell the reader why you selected it for review.

3. Present a synopsis of what the article was about. Be brief, but precise.

4. Expand on the synopsis by discussing key elements of the article, or describing research the author(s) conducted, or summarizing specific arguments the authors are making, or giving examples from the article. Use direct quotes from the author(s) as and when applicable. (There is no requirement for a certain number of direct quotes.)

7. Give your own original opinion of the article and of what someone in a leadership position will get out of it. Talk about its strengths and weaknesses, and its relevance to current theory and practice of organization change. Feel free to use examples from your own experience.

8. Use APA format for citations. ENSURE THAT YOU STATE PAGE NUMBER.

9. Use APA format for references. ENSURE THAT YOU USE THE TEXTBOOK “ORGANIZATION CHANGE”

10. Use correct grammar and avoid typos.
