You have learned about the variety of testing and assessment equipment and methodology associated with exercise and sport science. Your assignment is to choose one of the testing or assessment equipment/methodologies you learned in class, and do the following:

1) (40 pts.) Provide a properly-detailed explanation and description of the test/equipment.
My test equipment chosen is the CYCLE ERGOMETER exercise test.

2) (20 pts.) Describe what population(s) would benefit from it. (Fitness? Clinical? Sports performance? A combination?)

3) (30 pts.) Explain why it is useful for that population.

4) (10 pts.) Explain why you chose the particular test. Does it align with your interest in this field?
My field interest is EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY.
