Change in the value of the Australian dollar is impacting your procurement plan affecting the cost of a key resource for delivering your plan
One of your benefits measurement approach used in one of your projects is not providing accurate progress reports on benefits realisation
Based on your benefits realisation plan:

Describe what monitoring activities where implemented to identify the issues outlined in the scenario above
Describe how each one of the scenarios descripted above will impact benefits realisation
List the changes that will be made to the benefits register and the benefits realisation plan based on the scenarios
